Clinic update from staff during CoV19

Attention valued patients & friends:

Chiropractic is considered an essential health service.
Because of this, we are currently OPEN as usual. 

The role chiropractic has to play in the current climate is one of importance – bearing the load and reducing an influx to the local GPs and or the emergency department. 

Chiropractic Care is aimed at helping the nervous system flourish and work optimally. Please note that during this time we will continue to strictly enforce the high cleaning and safety procedures, in addition to thorough screening protocols. 

We are receiving constant updates and information from the Australian Health Department and Australian Chiropractors Association.
We understand that you may not be able to physically come into our office, therefore we are offering Online Telehealth Appointments that can be booked either through our website or calling us on (03) 9313 5133.

The Australian government has released new health care medicare claim codes that help alleviate some of the financial stress so you can access these services. 
Please see below a schedule of the fees and the out of pocket gap.

​Medicare Cover  & Fees:

Standard Consult  30mins – $42 Gap / $38 covered 
Extended Consult  45mins – $34 Gap / $61 covered
Supplements/Nutrition Advice 30mins – $35.30 Gap / $44.70 covered
Ergonomics Advice 15mins  – $39 Gap / $21 covered

For Online Appointments, these will have to be claimed back through the Medicare portal or through HPOS Website post consultation.

A service code will be provided on your invoice dependant on the service you receive.
